• Account data — email address and name when you sign in.
• Uploaded screenshots — images you upload for analysis, stored securely so you can revisit your reports.
• Analysis inputs — the platform, username handle and goal you enter to generate a report.
• Reports we generate for you (Growth IQ, recommendations, plans).
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser, pages visited, used to secure and improve the service.

3. How we use your data

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To generate your AI growth reports from the screenshots you upload.
• To keep a history of your reports so you can revisit them.
• To process purchases (through our payment provider — see below).
• To secure the service against fraud, abuse and misuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service you signed up for), for our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), and where required, based on your consent.

5. Who we share data with

• Paddle — our payment reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all checkout, billing, tax and refunds. They receive the information required to process your purchase.
• Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers that host the app, database and stored screenshots.
• AI providers — the screenshots you upload are sent to large-language-model providers to generate your report. They process images only to return the analysis and do not use them to train models on your behalf.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

6. Retention

We keep account data and reports for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Uploaded screenshots are deleted together with the associated report.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise a right, email support@noveraw.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and hardened cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (like language). We do not use advertising cookies.
