How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@noveraw.com with your order details and we'll help you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
