1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Noveraw ("we", "us"), the operator of this AI growth analysis service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we provide

Noveraw analyzes screenshots you upload from public social-media accounts and returns AI-generated feedback: a Growth IQ score, strengths, problems, bio suggestions, content ideas, hooks, a posting schedule and a growth plan. The service is provided as-is and outputs are informational — they are not guaranteed results.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up, keep your account credentials confidential and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.
  • Upload screenshots or content you do not have the right to submit, or content that violates the privacy or IP rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, scan, reverse engineer or attack the service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute or automate access to the service without our permission.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt to jailbreak the AI models.

5. AI outputs

Noveraw is powered by generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, for verifying accuracy before acting on suggestions, and for having the necessary rights to any content you upload. We may filter, refuse or moderate outputs.

6. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, our software, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of the screenshots and inputs you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your inputs solely to provide the service to you.

8. Third-party platforms

Noveraw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta or any other social platform mentioned in the service. We analyze screenshots you provide — we do not access your social media accounts.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or for repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
